Get your team working together again.
Mont Pelerin is an online coworking place for teams. Book a session, show up, share your goals, and work side by side with the people you work with.
We are onboarding teams in small groups. Leave your details and we will send your invitation. No card, no charge until you are in.
Built for teams of 3 to 50
Distributed startups, agencies, product and engineering teams, and the independents who work alongside them.
How Mont Pelerin works
Book a session
Pick a time on the schedule or open your team's room. Committing to a time makes it far more likely you will start.
Show up
Join from the browser. See who is already there. Willpower is overrated; borrow the energy of other people who care about their work.
7 people in Focus Room
Share your goals
Say or type what you will do in this session. Saying it to someone else is the simplest form of accountability there is.
Start doing
The timer starts, the room goes quiet, and everyone works. Need to talk? Open a direct message or a quick call without leaving the room.
Debrief and celebrate
Check off what got done and tell the room. Your team sees progress without another status meeting.
Everything a team needs to work side by side, online
Mont Pelerin combines a few simple practices that help people start, keep going, and finish: a set time, other people in the room, a stated goal, and a short debrief.

Questions, answered
What does early access mean?
Mont Pelerin is live for a limited number of teams while we grow floor by floor. When you join the list we send an invitation as soon as the next group opens, usually within a couple of weeks. Nothing is charged until you accept the invitation and choose a plan.
What happens in a Mont Pelerin session?
At the start, everyone in the room shares what they are working on, in a sentence or two, out loud or in the chat. A timer starts and everybody works, muted, with cameras on or off as they prefer. When the timer ends, the room spends a few minutes on what got done. Teams can also keep persistent rooms open all day on their private floor.
How long are sessions?
From 30 minutes to 3 hours. The most common format is a 60-minute focus block: 5 minutes for goals, 50 minutes of work, 5 minutes to wrap up.
How many people are in a room?
Public focus rooms hold up to 9 people, which is enough to feel accompanied without feeling watched. Team floors can hold the whole team.
Do I have to talk or keep my camera on?
No. Sharing goals is short and can be typed. Camera is optional; many members keep it on because seeing others work helps, but it is always your choice.
What does a team get that an individual does not?
A private floor with persistent rooms, team channels, one-click calls with screen sharing, shared notes, and an admin page for inviting and removing members.
How much does it cost?
Open Desk is free. Pro Desk is $12 per person, per month. Team Suite is $9 per member, per month, billed monthly. There are no setup fees and you can cancel at any time.
Does it work in the browser?
Yes. There is nothing to install. Mont Pelerin runs in current versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox on any computer.
Is this related to Microsoft Teams?
No. Mont Pelerin is an independent service and is not affiliated with Microsoft. We use the word teams in its ordinary sense: groups of people who work together.
